Services Offered

We provide respectful memorial livestreaming and recording so family and friends can attend from anywhere. Every service includes early arrival, discreet setup, onsite monitoring, and a local backup recording—so the ceremony is never lost. We can also use cellular internet when venue Wi-Fi is unreliable.

Simple Booking Process

Step 1: Get in Touch

Send the date, venue, service time, and preferred platform (Zoom or unlisted YouTube). We'll confirm availability within 24 hours.

Step 2: Choose Your Package

Select a package and any add-ons. We'll send a clear quote (including travel, if applicable) and answer any questions.

Step 3: Reserve Your Date

A 50% deposit reserves your date. With your permission, we coordinate directly with the funeral home/venue for access, setup location, and timing.

Step 4: We Handle Everything

We arrive early, set up discreetly, monitor the stream onsite, run a local backup recording, and deliver your links/files according to your package timeline.

What platforms do you use?

We typically use Zoom (private and simple for families) or unlisted YouTube (stable and easy to watch). We'll recommend the best option based on the venue and your needs.

Is the livestream private?

Yes. Zoom meetings can be password-protected, and YouTube streams are unlisted (only people with the link can view). We can restrict access further if needed.

Who can watch the livestream?

Anyone with the secure link can watch. You can share it with as many family members and friends as you'd like. The stream remains private and won't appear in public searches.

What happens if the internet fails during the service?

We always run a local backup recording, so you still receive a complete ceremony recording even if the livestream drops. When signal allows, we can also use cellular backup.

Do you record in addition to streaming?

Yes. Every livestream package includes a local backup recording as a safety net.

Do you work with funeral homes directly?

Yes. With your permission, we can coordinate directly with the funeral home/venue for access, setup location, and timing to keep the day running smoothly.

How far in advance should we book?

As soon as the date is confirmed. We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when availability allows.

What do you need from us?

A schedule, venue address, contact person on-site, and any names or dates for titles. If there's a venue audio system, we'll coordinate access.

How soon do we receive the recording?

Replay link: typically within 24–36 hours, depending on package and timing

Edited ceremony film / tribute: typically 3–5 business days

What does "Edited Replay" mean?

We clean up the recording for easy viewing (clean start/end, remove dead time, and angle switching when applicable). It's not a cinematic highlight film.
